Workshop was issued on Materials Engineering

On 10 and 11 October was carried out the course-workshop "engineering of materials: thin films and hard coatings", aimed at students of the careers of Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Electronics and Electrical. The same was in charge of a specialist of Colombia.

It was the Professor Edward Ordoñez Ñañez, of the Catholic University of Cali (UNICATÓLICA), Colombia. This activity was carried out in the framework of the comprehensive agreement on international cooperation between the National University of Santiago del Estero and the Catholic University Foundation Lumen Gentium - UNICATOLICA (Republic of Colombia). This convention establishes relations for different activities in the framework of the Industrial Engineering career.

The course-workshop had a duration of 12 hours, and the students who carried out, have had with the completed of the subjects "Industrial Materials", "Science" or related materials. The course was attended by 25 students who chose to train even on holiday.
