University Technician in Roads Design - Associate Degree (two years and a half)
PROFILE OF THE RECENT GRADUATES
University technician in Roads design should have:
- Basic knowledge of road technologies for an adequate practical solution in order to implement his profession as a University technician in roads.
- Appropriate preparation and training in order to realize essays of laboratory and control of materials.
- Adequate training in order to collaborate in the control and execution or supervision of road construction and maintenance.
It is incumbent to a University Technician of Roads to:
- Accomplish Works related with the installation and assembly of portable laboratories.
- Accomplish reports of laboratories and quality control of materials that are used for road construction.
- Collaborate in the geometrical design of road works.
- Assist in the control of construction and maintenance of road works.
- Accomplish topographical works related with the road construction.
- Collaborate in the administration and management of the execution of road works.
