The expected admission has begun

On Monday, August 24th, in the afternoon, approximately 300 people were gathered at the Conference hall Paraninfo, to become acquainted with the modality of being admitted in the College of Natural Sciences and technologies. In this context, they were received by the post graduate students of UNSE at the entrance of the building and the words of welcome were delivered by the Vice Dean Ing. Pedro Basualdo.

“For us it is a great privilege to have all of you in here”, stated the Ing. Pedro Basualdo, the representative of the university, “the fact that there are many interested students who are planning to take the admission exam, we as professors are excited to see that all of you are interested to pursue your careers in here”. Also he added that “university life has many positive components, besides studying and recreational moments, there are other institutional aspects to participate, just like in the center of students, Council of Directors. Places where all of you can grow like students and like professors.” He closed his remarks by stating: “the responsibility of a university career, does not go only by you; it does not even go because professors are good or bad, this is because all of us are fulfilling their dreams. We are together in the same boat, and have the same dreams, so that all of you receive your academic degrees.

Later on Prof. Paola Zapella, Director of the Cabinet of Educational Mediation (GaME), the office that coordinates admission in the university, explained step by step the development of this process. Among the details, she mentioned that courses for Mathematics, begun on September 1st, and for Physics and Informatics, on October 20th. Finally, the President of the Student Center Franco Zanni Urtubey, gave the welcome remarks, and invited all of the participants to come to CEFCET, to ask any questions and also to work for the other fellow students: “with us all of you can work in support of students, for all of you and for your future. We are here to work with all of you.”

In conclusion of this event, students majoring in education of information technology and mathematics divided into groups the participants, so that all of them could visit the headquarters of the college.
